Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
  • Experience working against a sales quota or revenue target.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Lead frontline selling efforts across Google's App solutions for the largest and highest-opportunity accounts in the United States retail sector.
  • Partner with Americas Large Customer Sales pods and client-facing teams to scope and collect client requirements, provide guidance on app best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer business and technology needs.
  • Advocate new app features and assist clients in adopting new products through upgrades and migrations.
  • Lead and project-manage App Connect and iOS measurement efforts and implementation for the assigned book of business.
  • Build and foster long-term C-level relationships with client decision makers and their agency counterparts, and develop and execute long-term marketing strategies.
  • Nurture and deepen partner relationships through successful engagements, multi-product integrations, and day-to-day support for mobile products including App Campaigns, App Connect, Firebase, and other Google App solutions.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define account-level app strategies that achieve clients' business objectives.
  • Lead and own complex pre-sale, sale, closing, and execution engagements.
  • Advance customers' feature and product adoption of Google's App Campaign offerings.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Google's products and their impact on customer businesses.
  • Collaborate with executives and internal teams to influence market-shaping strategies and deliver business results.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in performance marketing and return-on-investment-driven media strategies.
  • Understanding of the app and mobile marketing ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary online marketing tactics and strategy, including industry issues and marketplace growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of mobile app development on iOS or Android.
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to establish and manage strong joint business plans.
