Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Artemis II hardware performed successfully on April 10, 2026, strengthening credibility.
  • EBAD’s PRM9106 high-load mechanism is scheduled for 2026 flight testing.
  • Headcount rose to 775 in March 2026, and Simsbury added manufacturing capacity.

What critics are saying

  • Beyond Gravity sued EBAD in 2024 over HFU pricing and delivery delays.
  • EBAD’s revenue concentration on NASA and SpaceX programs amplifies schedule-slip exposure.
  • A PRM failure on Artemis III or a high-density rideshare could cripple trust.

What makes Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company unique

  • EBAD’s low-shock PRM family won Artemis II and Falcon 9 flights in 2026.
  • EBAD owns niche separation hardware across NASA, SpaceX, and defense payload deployments.
  • Simsbury, Moorpark, and Graham facilities support in-house manufacturing and qualification speed.
