- An ANAVSEA welding/brazing qualification is required.
- Five to seven years of experience in a similar position is required.
- Familiarity with S9074 is required.
- Hot work safety knowledge is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to hold oneself and others accountable for short-term and long-term goals is required.
- Ability to install, assemble, and configure mechanical or refrigeration systems is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot with diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and fix issues is required.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with general maintenance staff is required.
- Ability to work with personnel at various levels is required.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week and additional hours as required.
- Perform welding, brazing, and metal fabrication on aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, piping, pressure vessels, hulls, craft components, and structures.
- Support craft repair, fabrication, alterations, depot repair, shop requirements, and production requirements.
- Perform fit-up, repairs, modifications, and inspections on metal structures and pressure vessels.
- Take on new assignments with general instructions.
- Apply industry knowledge across programs and projects to ensure successful completion.
- Use industry-standard policies, procedures, and practical applications to complete job tasks.
- Perform other duties related to FWG Solutions' business functions as assigned.
