  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10+ years’ experience in management with P&L responsibility
  • Experience running a service organization in the Water and/or Wastewater industry is a plus
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills
  • Previous experience in direct or indirect sales/commercial role highly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Full regional ownership for business operations and performance in the HPI/CPI, Power, and Food Vertical Markets
  • Maintain current customer base and growth in existing and new customers
  • Consistently meet or exceed financial targets and safety objectives
  • Drive and execute talent strategies to increase team development and increasing employee retention
  • Develop, implement, and manage the organization's growth plans
  • Continuous improvement of operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with business partners to manage day to day challenges and issues
