Media Planners work directly with Sales and Demand teams to plan and build successful proposals for online video and display ad campaigns that will run on the Magnite platform.
In this role you will:
Work directly with sales and demand teams to understand client objectives and media strategies
Oversee the planning and building of proposals for OTT, online video, and display ad campaigns
Support the growth of a portfolio of accounts by troubleshooting and optimizing deals and proposing relevant upsell opportunities based on client goals
Partner with the Sales team to win new business by creating competitive/strategic RFPs
Oversee daily and weekly reporting for a portfolio of demand accounts across the Magnite platform to support troubleshooting, identify opportunities for deal expansion, and share insights with internal teams
Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross-functional internal teams
Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and your understanding of clients’ KPIs
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
We’re looking for someone with:
2-3 years of experience in digital advertising with an understanding of the adtech landscape
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Software is a plus
Demonstrated ability to maintain professional business relationships through excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred, or one to two years of related experience and/or training

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $62,000 - $72,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $75,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
