Make apartments ready through punching and painting.
Run work order tickets.
Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies.
Complete specially assigned property projects.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
Desired Qualifications
EPA certification.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with proven skills for an apartment community located in North Texas. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
Making ready apartments (punching and painting)
Running work order tickets
On-call maintenance emergencies
Special assigned property projects
Providing exceptional customer services to residents
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/equivalent
Valid driver's license required
Reliable vehicle
EPA Certification is beneficial.
