  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
  • Provide high-quality product support for Klaviyo customers through email, chat, and phone
  • Communicate thoughtfully to answer technical and non-technical questions
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues
  • Provide support and guidance on non-technical related questions
  • Communicate effectively with all Klaviyo customers
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
