Requirements
  • At least 4 years of overall experience, ideally with Big Four accounting firms, management consulting, or direct accounting experience at a technology startup.
  • Familiarity with integrating enterprise resource planning or customer relationship management systems within a complex technology stack, and ability to provide technical consultative partnership to chief financial officers and controllers.
  • Ability to learn prospects’ businesses and challenges, connect with users and buyers, and take a consultative approach to solving customer needs.
  • Ability to synthesize and distill disparate information and master a new, complex subject or product.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and capture and communicate representative metrics and results.
  • Strong understanding of commercial dynamics and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences verbally and visually.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with finance and accounting leaders to demonstrate the capabilities of the Tabs platform, focusing on business problems and articulating end-to-end workflows.
  • Manage pre-sales projects, ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions, and conduct proof-of-concept development in collaboration with the Tabs Implementation team.
  • Support the Go-to-Market team in prospect meetings by providing a consultative, solutions-oriented approach and translating solutions into workflow maps, implementation proposals, and other materials and assets.
  • Provide guidance on integrating Tabs into clients’ broader technology stacks, including enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and business intelligence tools.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers while taking a consultative approach to technical and business problem-solving.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in accounting, either as a Certified Public Accountant or through prior work directly with accountants or controllers.
  • Experience with order-to-cash processes or commercial proposals.
