Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Board Certified Behavior Analyst experience.
  • A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education is required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst credentials are required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend and squat for up to an hour per day and perform fine and gross motor activities, including kneeling, sitting at floor level or in a chair, and standing for periods of time.
  • Must be able to follow a child throughout the center without restrictions, sometimes at a rapid pace.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives.
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments.
  • Manage or assist in managing day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling.
  • Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts on Applied Behavior Analysis, relevant techniques, and programming needed for successful treatment.
  • Implement and prepare program curricula and annual reports regarding program effectiveness.
  • Provide direct services to clients and their parents when appropriate.
  • Communicate consistently with treatment team members about programming and difficulties maintaining treatment hours and ethical service provision.
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, and Applied Behavior Analysis Supervisors to assess improvement opportunities and ensure treatment integrity.
  • Coordinate with administrative teams, including Admissions, Payroll, Finance, Billing, and Human Resources, on staff and client records management and payer relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
