  • 2+ years of experience gained in a large law firm and/or in-house
  • Undergraduate and law degree
  • Admission to a recognized bar
  • Healthcare sector and in-house experience is preferred (but not required)
  • Experience with software and commercial contracts preferred (but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to issue spot within the context of the company’s business priorities
  • Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization’s legal department and across all departments
  • Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner contracts on behalf of the company across all of its geographies
  • Advise on contract status and potential legal risks associated with commercial contracts
  • Review advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Draft, review, and provide legal guidance on responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with company policies and objectives
  • Offer proactive and strategic legal advice to senior management and other key stakeholders and support on strategic transactions such as financings and acquisitions
  • Provide training to the company on legal topics
