Requirements

  • A Master's degree or above in any major is required.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • An outgoing, proactive, and professional approach, with strong interpersonal skills, is required.
  • A strong work ethic and responsible attitude are required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Engage regularly with clients to gather feedback, identify needs, and collect market intelligence.
  • Conduct market research and prepare relevant reports and insights.
  • Assist senior brokers with reinsurance placements, including data verification, drafting, submission, negotiation, and monitoring the placement process.
  • Perform other related ad hoc tasks as required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French, German, or Cantonese is an advantage.
