- Previous multifamily or apartment leasing experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi is strongly preferred.

- Present the community to prospects and close leases.

- Maintain prospect and resident information in Yardi.
- Handle leasing paperwork, application processing, screening, and move-in procedures.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and keep applications moving.
- Provide customer service to prospects and current residents.
- Assist with resident retention and community events.
- Maintain a professional, polished, and welcoming leasing-office environment.
- Work with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi is strongly preferred.
