Responsibilities
  • Oversee product teams responsible for our investment strategies and portfolio technology, which are fundamental to our role as a wealth manager for clients.
  • Partner closely with our investing SMEs to bridge their portfolio expertise with the software that delivers those portfolios to nearly a million clients.
  • Deeply understand our target clients, championing functionality that enriches their investing experience and drives business value.
  • Lead the multi-year investing roadmap, identifying new investment strategies, asset classes, or account capabilities that we should offer in order to better serve our clients.
  • Balance the needs of investors across all three lines of business: retail clients, advised clients, and 401(k) participants.
  • Support engineering teams during standups, planning meetings, and retros.
  • Develop success metrics for your product area, create tracking plans, and clearly communicate how prioritized work impacts those metrics.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to navigate complex client situations, including asset transitions and corporate action processing.
