Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is required.
  • Five to eight or more years of quality assurance or audit experience are required.
  • Auditing certifications are beneficial.
  • Experience with audit planning, records, and corrective-action tracking is required.
  • Objectivity, persistence, and organization are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office business tools is required, including advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • A DOE clearance may be required when specified by the task description.
  • Personnel performing classified work must have the applicable facility clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain audit schedules and checklists.
  • Coordinate audits and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide program and project management support in daily business activities and program-support activities.
  • Support quality assurance and nuclear safety teams.
  • Perform audit coordination and quality assurance support for Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site general support services.
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
Desired Qualifications
  • DOE experience or familiarity is preferred.
  • Auditing certifications are beneficial.
