Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
  • Support the Executive Recruiter by creating job postings, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including travel bookings and calendar alignment, for candidates and executives.
  • Prepare candidate presentations, interview materials, and status reports for leadership.
  • Source leadership talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks, and targeted candidate outreach.
  • Manage candidate workflows in Workday and other channels, ensuring data integrity, confidential records management, and seamless background checks.
  • Partner with legal and procurement teams to manage contract workflows, agreement accuracy, and timely invoicing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare offer materials and day-one onboarding agendas.
  • Use generative artificial intelligence and automation tools to streamline candidate status reports, drafting materials, and executive workflow efficiency.

Sabre has appointed Derek Sharp as Senior Vice President, Lodging, Ground and Media to lead a key growth initiative. Sharp, who starts on 8 September, succeeds Chinmai Sharma and brings over 30 years of leadership experience across travel, transportation and IT services, including senior roles at EDS/HP, CWT and Travelport. The appointment comes as Sabre expands its travel marketplace. The company's hotel-related revenue grew 11% year-over-year in the second quarter. Sharp will focus on deepening supplier relationships, strengthening customer engagement and expanding content quality across lodging, ground transportation and media offerings.
