Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a relevant field with at least 4 years of experience with demonstrated understanding of program management, education, mathematics, financial literacy and/or planning, and organization of large conferences or training sessions
  • Certificate to teach in the state of North Carolina is required
  • At least 4 years of experience providing communication, education, and knowledge management expertise, preferably with a background in mathematics or financial literacy training
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and written reports summarizing data collected
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to propose possible resolutions to complex managerial or operational problems
  • Demonstrated expertise in knowledge management
  • Demonstrated proactivity, attention to detail, working within deadlines, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, English verbal, written, editing, research, and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced Data Analytics (Time series regressions, knowledge of how to apply appropriate statistical models to each job task)
Responsibilities
  • Tailor training sessions to specific groups including college students, elders, or businesses to ensure effective financial education and training
  • Educate and instruct groups of organizations and individuals to be better prepared and equipped to make informed financial decisions and enhance financial well-being
  • Work with Curriculum Developer to refine older materials and tools and develop newer, more effective tools and materials for training sessions
  • Ensure effective training and financial education for all participants and groups attending training sessions (20 to 100 participants per in-person session)
  • Learn government-furnished tools and materials, including the 'Your Money, Your Goals' suite of materials, and design new tools for training sessions
  • Narrowly tailor messaging and tools for specific participant groups and demographics
  • Assist Curriculum Developer in analyzing and evaluating lesson plans and implementation methods to determine best methods
  • Adhere to Section 504 and Section 508 disability requirements and accommodations
  • Travel as coordinated with technical point of contact and approved in writing by Contracting Officer in advance in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
  • Location is Charlotte, NC / Remote
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
  • Masters degree preferred in a relevant field or related subject
  • Experience working with people from different socio-economic backgrounds and education levels preferred
  • Experience in data analytics as described (Time series regressions, statistical models)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
