About the job
- At least 7 years of business-to-business technology sales experience.
- A proven track record of building sales teams from scratch, including recruiting, training, and managing.
- Specific experience in the US market, including understanding American business culture, procurement processes, and key stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with the US Higher Education market.
- Experience building Sales Playbooks and scalable sales processes.
- Technical aptitude to understand complex platforms in depth, lead technical conversations with diverse stakeholders, and translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Advanced customer relationship management proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) at the configuration level, including pipeline setup, workflow design, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
- Native-level English is required.
- Native-level Hebrew is required.
- Build the US sales infrastructure from the ground up, including processes, tools, and a Sales Playbook.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing local sales team.
- Own revenue targets and full accountability for US market performance.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline with Higher Education institutions.
- Collaborate closely with company leadership in Israel on strategy and resources.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Represent Tomax at industry conferences, events, and forums.
- Familiarity with software-as-a-service products in the education sector.
- Experience working with international companies or headquarters outside the US.
- An established network within the US Higher Education market.
- Experience leading enterprise-level deal negotiations.
