Yuma AI offers an AI-powered platform that automates e-commerce customer support. It coordinates autonomous AI agents that connect to help desk tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Front, and Re:amaze to fully resolve tickets, including actions such as editing orders, issuing refunds, and changing subscriptions. It stands out by performing tasks across external systems and adapting its style to a brand, with some merchants automating 60–80% of their tickets and paying only for tickets solved by automation. Its goal is to reduce response times, scale support without adding staff, and deliver measurable ROI for high-volume Shopify and BigCommerce merchants.
