  • Advanced knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure operations.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework, and operational requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Five years of experience developing public, private, hybrid, or multi-cloud computing solutions within a Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, and/or Infrastructure as a Service platform to enable data, servers, networks, storage, development tools, and/or applications through a cloud computing environment.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Azure cloud providers.
  • The contractor shall have a Top Secret facility clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access (TS/SCI).
Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits, technical reviews, inspections, and process evaluations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework, cybersecurity, configuration management, and operational standards.
  • Review engineering deliverables, system implementations, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate corrective action plans and monitor resolution activities.
  • Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Prepare quality assurance reports and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Quality assurance certification.
  • Experience supporting Defense Health Agency, Military Health System, or Federal healthcare information technology programs.
