  • A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or another engineering discipline, or in Architecture.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or real estate.
  • Ability to read plans.
  • Proficiency with management tools and vendor supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure and supervise compliance with agreed service-level agreements and key performance indicators for specialist and facilities-management vendors under current contracts.
  • Evaluate on-site performance of critical-service providers, including the technical knowledge of assigned personnel, work procedures, and operational maneuvers.
  • Lead management of high-severity operational incidents, coordinate with external specialists, and require root cause analysis reports with conclusive action plans.
  • Follow up on and supervise the scheduling of critical work at the central headquarters.
  • Prepare technical specifications for existing electromechanical specialties at the central headquarters, including descriptive reports and acceptance criteria for procurements and tenders involving critical systems.
  • Follow up on procurement processes through contract award and purchase orders.
  • Perform technical and administrative follow-up and control of quotations, purchase orders, technical acceptance records, and settlements for specialized work or services.
  • Supervise continuous operation and maintenance plans for vital headquarters systems, including building management systems, substations, switchgear cells, transformers, automatic transfer systems, load-shedding schemes, generators, climate-control systems, sanitary installations, and elevators.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of technical rooms, machine rooms, substations, and rooftops; issue punch lists and require immediate remediation of regulatory deviations or operational risks.
  • Ensure facility-management targets in the RCP Front survey are met and exceeded, and design and implement timely corrective and preventive action plans to maximize satisfaction across the office network.
  • Maintain proactive and empathetic communication with office leaders, serving as the primary strategic partner for resolving operational and infrastructure needs.
  • Prepare and distribute facility-management newsletters and communications materials in accordance with the annual plan.
