Requirements
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- 2+ years in a analysts role
- Familiarity with Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies
- Experience with Agile Scrum
- Experience documenting competencies with MS Visio, Lucichart, and Google Suites
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Minimum 2 years of implementing Salesforce CRM
- Must work US hours (Eastern or Central time zones)
- BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or have requisite experience with the telecom/communication industry
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and documents the impacts of a given request across organizations within the company
- Ensures that business problems are well defined and documented
- Identifies systems and process controls needed to meet regulatory requirements, or to ensure data or process integrity
- Identifies user scenarios and generates new or modified process workflows as appropriate
- Work closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager for prioritization and operation support
- Maintains effective on-going communications with stakeholders throughout the project, including reporting accurate and timely progress status updates to Program and Project Managers
- Ability to facilitate meetings, requirements gathering workshops and translate into appropriate documentation
- Ability to communicate technical ideas and concepts in non-technical language
- Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex business and technical situations
- Ability to identify and recommend steps to resolve process or system issues
