  • Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • 2+ years in a analysts role
  • Familiarity with Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies
  • Experience with Agile Scrum
  • Experience documenting competencies with MS Visio, Lucichart, and Google Suites
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Minimum 2 years of implementing Salesforce CRM
  • Must work US hours (Eastern or Central time zones)
  • BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or have requisite experience with the telecom/communication industry
Responsibilities
  • Analyzes and documents the impacts of a given request across organizations within the company
  • Ensures that business problems are well defined and documented
  • Identifies systems and process controls needed to meet regulatory requirements, or to ensure data or process integrity
  • Identifies user scenarios and generates new or modified process workflows as appropriate
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager for prioritization and operation support
  • Maintains effective on-going communications with stakeholders throughout the project, including reporting accurate and timely progress status updates to Program and Project Managers
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, requirements gathering workshops and translate into appropriate documentation
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas and concepts in non-technical language
  • Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex business and technical situations
  • Ability to identify and recommend steps to resolve process or system issues
