Job Summary
This role must be based out of the Eastern or Central US Time Zone.
- Technical Business Analyst works closely with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and define requirements for key projects driven by business priorities.
- The TBA meets with project sponsors and domain experts to gain a solid understanding of the problem(s) being addressed, identifies impacts, and works closely with technical architects to identify workable solutions.
- The TBA produces actionable technical requirements for use by development and QA teams, leveraging requirements templates and analysis tools such as Data Flow Diagrams and Systems Interaction Diagrams.
- The ideal candidate will have Quote to Cash experience in the Billing, CRM, and Financial platforms and will be skilled at communicating with a variety of constituent audiences.

- Analyzes and documents the impacts of a given request across organizations within the company
- Ensures that business problems are well defined and documented
- Strives to ensure that solutions follow best-practice guidelines for a given system or discipline, and documents justifications when non-standard solutions are necessary
- Identifies systems and process controls needed to meet regulatory requirements, or to ensure data or process integrity.
- Identifies user scenarios and generates new or modified process workflows as appropriate.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager for prioritization and operation support.
- Maintains effective on-going communications with stakeholders throughout the project, including reporting accurate and timely progress status updates to Program and Project Managers
- Ability to facilitate meetings, requirements gathering workshops and translate into appropriate documentation
- Ability to communicate technical ideas and concepts in non-technical language
- Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex business and technical situations
- Ability to identify and recommend steps to resolve process or system issues
Specific Requirements
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals
- Excellent Communications – both verbal and written 2+ years in a analysts role
- Familiarity with Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies
- Experience with Agile Scrum
- Experience documenting competencies with MS Visio, Lucichart, and Google Suites
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Minimum 2 years of implementing Salesforce CRM
- Nice to have Salesforce experience Marketing, Service and Sales Cloud as well as CPQ implementation
- Nice to have understanding Billing Accounts in Zuora, and Product Catalog
- Must work US hours (Eastern or Central time zones)
Education
The successful candidate will have BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or have requisite experience with the telecom/communication industry
