Requirements

A degree or diploma with relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience working in the insurance industry; the posting specifies a minimum range of 3 to 5 years.
Knowledge of life insurance or Takaful.
Computer and systems literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Analytical skills, sound processing knowledge, and sound product knowledge.
Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Process and update project activities, ensuring prompt completion within set benchmarks and deadlines.
Process company-initiated activities and customer servicing requests for Takaful or Life products.
Present data to support solution decisions.
Assist the superior in participating in product meetings and preparing system or business requirements.
Conduct system and new-product testing.
Prepare relevant documents for sign-off before, during, and after user acceptance testing.
Assist the superior in monitoring results.
Review processes and propose automation or improvements.
Perform activities to the required quality and performance standards within agreed timelines.
Prepare and review relevant documents, including work instructions, regulatory guides, and policy contracts.
Support team members with day-to-day problem solving.
Complete ad hoc assignments or projects from Management when required.
Ensure compliance with the Takaful Act 1984, Bank Negara Guidelines, MTA Guidelines, departmental benchmarks, and Bank Negara, internal, and external audit requirements.

Job Summary

Responsible to process/update the project activities and to ensure prompt processing is carried out within the set benchmark/deadline. Able to propose solution-based data/statics.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

Perform the process initiate by the company and Servicing Request from customer for Takaful/Life.

Able to present data to support decisions for solutions
Assist superior in participating product meeting
Assist superior in prepare system/business requirement
Perform system and new product testing
Prepare relevant document for sign off prior, during and after UAT.
Assist superior to monitor the result
To review process and propose for automation/improvement.
To perform all activities achieved the reasonable quality, performance and within the agreed timeline given
Prepare and review of any relevant document e.g: WI, regulatory guides, policy contract.
Support team member on day-to-day problem solving
Assist in any ad-hoc assignment/projects from Management when required.
To ensure all requirements of the Takaful Act 1984, Bank Negara Guidelines, MTA Guidelines, Departmental Benchmarks, Bank Negara Audit, Internal Audit and External Audit are complied with.

Job Requirements

Education : Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Insurance Industry
Knowledge in Life Insurance/ Takaful, good communication/ inter-personal skill. Computer and system literate with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Good communication skill –verbal and written

Analytical skill
Good in Excel/Big Data
Ability to produce high quality work under pressure and right attitude for work
Sound processing knowledge
Sound product knowledge
