About the job
- Communicate with and assist guests from reservation and check-in through their stay and departure, using professional communication.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering a strong service experience throughout the guest stay.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure villas remain in immaculate condition, especially before guest arrival.
- Communicate daily with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage regarding the needs of current and arriving guests.
- Oversee villa cleaning and maintenance by Housekeeping and Engineering staff while minimizing unnecessary guest disturbance.
- Promote in-house facilities before recommending services outside the resort.
- Handle flight confirmations, dinner reservations, tour arrangements, and other guest itineraries during the stay.
- Assist other departments with guest-related matters to ensure needs are handled promptly and professionally.
- Work with the Food and Beverage team during dining experiences to ensure consistent service and accommodate guest preferences.
- Stay informed about activities and developments across all resort sections.
- Assist with training other departments when necessary.
- Perform other duties as directed by a superior.
- Maintain high guest-satisfaction scores.
- Elaborate and implement standards related to standard operating procedures and LQA.
- Schedule and conduct routine inspections of areas under the role's control.
- Check Front Office equipment, including buggies and hotel vehicles, and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition.
- Follow up on equipment requiring repair, spare parts, replacement, or disposal.
- Cooperate with Purchasing to locate sources for needed items and identify locally available substitutes for imported items while ensuring quality and value.
- Control costs by minimizing property damage and maintaining adequate inventories of stationery and collateral materials.
