- Support the maintenance and updating of HR compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with UK and Ireland employment legislation.
- Help maintain consistent HR procedures, onboarding documents, and employee templates across all WSH brands.
- Support onboarding administration, including preparing and issuing contracts of employment, offer letters, and associated compliance documentation for new starters.
- Support the administration and accuracy of contracts of employment and other core HR documentation.
- Assist with Right to Work compliance, including checking documentation, maintaining records, and supporting audits.
- Coordinate and complete employment reference checks and Disclosure and Barring Service applications, ensuring timely, compliant processing.
- Provide administrative support for key HR processes such as TUPE, DSAR requests, and external advisory supplier reporting.
- Contribute to the rollout of HR compliance training and new HRIS functionality.
- Prepare guidance materials, FAQs, and communications to support policy and process updates.
- Deliver timely, accurate HR administration while providing service to colleagues and stakeholders.
