About the company

AiPrise provides a unified compliance and identity verification platform. Its core product is a single API that connects with local identity vendors to verify identities, run fraud checks, and manage regulatory compliance, all through a centralized dashboard. The API aggregates data from regional sources to streamline onboarding, automate risk checks, and present results in one place. Revenue comes from subscriptions and per-verification fees. AiPrise serves financial institutions, fintechs, and global enterprises that need reliable cross-border compliance as they expand internationally. Differentiators include end-to-end coverage (identity verification, fraud protection, and compliance management) via a single API with localization for different regions, plus a streamlined onboarding experience for global expansion. The goal is to help customers grow internationally while meeting cross-border regulatory requirements and reducing fraud and AML risk.

How AiPrise is building the future of KYB.

How AiPrise is building the future of KYB. October 21, 2026 2026 has been a red-letter year for AiPrise. The company has grown powerfully over the past year and is showing no sign of slowing down. What is driving such stellar growth? According to Chaitanya Sarda, CEO at AiPrise, the key watchword for growth has been an increase in customers. According to Sarda, he believes AiPrise is becoming well known in the industry as the top KYB provider, Secondly, he stresses the company is seeing significant growth within its customer base, with the company also expanding massively into different geographies. A further driver of growth has been significant product developments by the company in recent months. An example given by Sarda is the launch of five new AI agents to help the firm's customers onboard faster. He explained, "AI agents are one of the most automation-driving factors today. These are AI agents taking in a website and doing everything possible to understand if this is a genuine website or a fraud website. The company has also unveiled an AML agent. With a lot of false positives occurring, the firm said that when it has trialed its agent, it finds a lot of those false positives automatically. Additionally, it launched Athena, its star agent which is focused on business review. "It takes in around 800 different data points on any business and gives you a very clear decision on should I onboard or not," quipped Sarda." Elsewhere, AiPrise heavily expanded its e-KYC solution. At the beginning of 2026, it was available in 30 countries. Now, the technology has expanded to around 90 countries by the near close of the year. The expanding reach A key contemplation for AiPrise is with its expanding reach, what regions are now covered by the firm's data and what does this unlock for the businesses customers? AiPrise now covers the entirety of Europe, with Sarda detailing that regions like the UK, France, Germany and the Nordic countries were already covered, but the firm has now reached into areas such as Finland, Slovenia, Czechia and Slovakia. The second expansion that AiPrise has done is across Latin America. "We now have e-KYC coverage in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and many other countries in Latin America," said Sarda. The next generation of KYB A question facing the financial industry right now is what the next generation of Know Your Business looks like. For Sarda, the last decade and the next decade will both be known for explosions in both KYC and KYB. He elaborated, "I feel that the last 10 years has been a KYC explosion. A lot of successful large businesses came out of it, and the next five-to-ten years will be all about KYB explosion." The AiPrise CEO explained that the next generation of KYB is real-time, fast, automated, finds fraud at the onboarding stage and can verify businesses on a continuous basis, as well as determining who owns the business very clearly. "Everything which is very tedious about KYB today will be automated in the next one year, and I think we at AiPrise are at the forefront of that automation," Sarda said. Reliable business data How close are we are to truly global access to reliable business data? This won't be the first time such a question is asked. For Sarda, such a world is coming, and coming soon. He said, "We have seen a lot of countries in the last three-to-four years make their databases online. Around 75% of countries already have a live registry with data inside, and we will connect with them." Whilst 75% is considerable, it is still not fully global. However, Sarda is clear in his belief that the remaining 25% will be online maybe in the next two-to-five years. "We have seen massive improvements in database corporate connections and availability of it, and this is just only going to get better from here,' he remarked. The role of Pre-fill This summer, AiPrise launched Business Pre-fill, a product built to shrink lengthy business onboarding forms down to two fields. Could Pre-fill turn KYB from a data entry exercise into a verification process? Here, Sarda details the massive interest in the Pre-fill product from the company's customers. He said, "A typical KYB form is around sixty different questions, twenty of them are yes or no questions but forty of them are rudimentary. They focus on ownership, year of establishment, how many employees, what's your website. These are things you can find from a registry or from online research. "Our Pre-fill has saved those and helps you build customer trust. It has helped our customers save anywhere between ten-to-fifteen minutes per customer, especially in countries where there is a lot of due diligence requirements." Where AI comes in - and can't Where does Sarda think you could genuinely automate KYB today, and where does the human-in-the-loop remain supreme? On the former point, the AiPrise CEO is clear in his view that he thinks document has been fully automated. "I feel whatever you want to extract from the document, whatever you verify from the document, at AiPrise we have fully automated this process," Sarda said. Whilst websites still need a bit of a human judgement, he believes this will be automated within the next four-to-six months. Where he still sees a manual future for now is surrounding the overall decisions for companies. Whilst documents individually may be automated and websites can be automated soon, understanding whether it all fits together well will take more time to automate in the view of Sarda. He explained, "Today, we see around 40-60% automation rates with some of our tech-forward companies, and it also depends on the risk factor that your company is going to take. However, I think the average stays around 30% The best ones that have 40 to 60% of automation may hit 70-75%, but it will still be manual when it comes to more complex companies onboarding." How to differentiate KYB providers A key question being asked in the RegTech space right now is what industry leaders think will differentiate KYB providers as more of the process becomes automated. For Sarda, the entirety of the secret sauce will be surrounding what data is being fed for this automation. He said, "If you do a very simple web scrape, most websites will look okay to you, but it's things behind the scenes that matters. What is the traffic on this website? Who are they affiliated with? Is it a copy of another website? The KYB providers - which will have the best data paired with the best AI - will win the future." This last line is why Sarda is heavily confident on AiPrise's role in the future. As he states, the company has not only built AI agents but has spent a lot of time finding real data and connecting it to its systems. "We are very confident we will be one of the top vendors for KYB," he said. The future for AiPrise What is on the horizon for AiPrise? Sarda detailed that the company has a 'very big' launch coming in November but couldn't expand further. However, beyond the big news, the company's mission going forward centers around making KYB more known across the wider financial sector. He said, "AiPrise wants to make KYB very colloquial. What I mean by that is that we're going to have the best data, we're going to have the best listening platform, the best KYC data. Whatever makes our KYB systems better, we're going to focus on that." In the next two years, Sarda claims the company's offering will evolve into a decisioning platform. "We are seeing that customers are also unsure how to verify a business outside the country they are from," said Sarda. "If, for example, I am a cross-border payments company based in London and had to onboard a business in Argentina, most of the time our customers don't know the right way to onboard a customer in Argentina. "So, we are building a pre-templatised version of the right KYB protocol and the right KYB data to collect to verify in each country, and we want to releasee that to the public to free." AiPrise turns business onboarding into a single click.

AiPrise turns business onboarding into a single click. August 27, 2026 AiPrise has launched Business Pre-fill, a product built to shrink lengthy business onboarding forms down to two fields. Under the new system, an applicant supplies only their business name and country. AiPrise's matching engine then searches the relevant official company registry, disambiguates between similarly named entities and trading names, and pulls through the legal name, entity type, registration number, registered address, incorporation date and, where available, director and ownership details. The applicant simply reviews and confirms the pre-filled record rather than typing it in manually. Where no confident match exists, the process falls back to standard manual entry. The tool is live now in more than 65 countries, including the US, the EU, the UK, Singapore and Australia, through a single integration. Lengthy onboarding forms have long been a weak point for businesses that verify companies at scale. Applicants faced with dozens of fields covering registration numbers, tax IDs and registered addresses frequently abandon the process, while those who persist often introduce small errors, such as an outdated address or a trading name submitted in place of a legal one. These mistakes tend to surface later as failed verifications, requests for further information and manual registry checks by analysts, adding delay to approvals for applicants who were otherwise ready to convert. The difficulty compounds for businesses operating across borders, where identifier formats and requirements shift from one jurisdiction to the next. Business Pre-fill draws on the same registry infrastructure underpinning AiPrise's wider KYB platform, which provides direct access to official company registries and more than 100 data sources covering upwards of 500 million verifiable businesses globally. This allows the same integration to pre-fill records sourced from, among others, US state filings, Germany's Handelsregister, Singapore's ACRA and Australia's ASIC. Because the pre-filled data originates from official registries, it also feeds directly into AiPrise's KYB verification, ultimate beneficial ownership mapping, sanctions and anti-money laundering screening, and document checks, which the company says produces fewer mismatches and failed checks. Discrepancies between an applicant's submitted claims and registry records can also surface earlier in the process as a potential fraud indicator. The product targets organisations onboarding businesses across multiple countries, including fintechs, neobanks, payment platforms, marketplaces, lenders, and payroll and HR platforms. It is available immediately via the AiPrise API and hosted verification flows, with existing customers able to enable it using their current data structures. Enjoying the stories? Investors. CurrencyFair selects AiPrise to streamline global onboarding

CurrencyFair selects AiPrise to streamline global onboarding. CurrencyFair has partnered with AiPrise, a RegTech platform specialising in unified onboarding, fraud prevention and automated risk assessment. The collaboration was initiated to help CurrencyFair replace a fragmented network of KYC and KYB tools, accumulated as the business expanded into multiple jurisdictions, with a single platform capable of standardising onboarding, enhancing fraud controls and simplifying compliance workflows across more than 100 countries. CurrencyFair delivers cross-border money transfers, enabling customers to send and receive funds internationally with a focus on secure, compliant and efficient service. As the company has grown, it has had to manage increasingly complex regulatory requirements, numerous vendors and varied onboarding flows across regions. AiPrise provides a consolidated onboarding and fraud-control platform, allowing firms to verify individuals and businesses through one integration. Its technology connects to over 200 registries and data sources and creates unified customer profiles, risk scoring, ongoing monitoring and AI-supported case preparation for compliance teams. The partnership streamlines CurrencyFair's operations by replacing multiple vendor relationships, portals and review flows with a single system. AiPrise enables one risk score per profile by combining identity checks, registry information, sanctions screening, device and digital signals, making risk ratings more explainable and consistent. The platform also transforms onboarding from a one-off check into a continuous control. AiPrise monitors for updates such as new sanctions, changes in beneficial ownership, shifting registry data or behavioural risk patterns. This helps CurrencyFair stay ahead of fraudulent activity without adding extra manual workload. AiPrise's AI agents synthesise documents, extract fields and compile risk summaries, allowing analysts to focus on higher-risk decisions while retaining full control. The firms share a long-term focus on ensuring that international money transfers remain secure despite evolving fraud patterns and increasing regulatory expectations. By consolidating workflows and improving visibility, the partnership aims to support CurrencyFair as it enters new markets, launches new products and strengthens its risk framework. AiPrise CEO Chaitanya Sarda said, "Behind every transfer is a person or business that simply needs the money to arrive safely. CurrencyFair has built that trust over many years. Our role is to give their teams one platform to manage risk, compliance, and fraud, and to surface changes in risk as they happen, so they can stay ahead without slowing customers down." CurrencyFair president Jan Lorenc said, "Scammers are getting more sophisticated and expectations from regulators and customers continue to rise. Migrating from multiple vendors to AiPrise has strengthened our ability to prevent fraudulent accounts from being opened and to monitor risk across the customer lifecycle. It is one more way we make sure that people who choose CurrencyFair can move money across borders with confidence."
