Responsibilities
Collect, review, and process submittal and request for information project documentation, ensuring timely distribution to relevant partners.
Compose meeting minutes and interoffice memos, and format correspondence for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
Coordinate and monitor the bid package process, ensuring comprehensive quote coverage.
Assist in preparing, distributing, and monitoring project billings, or draws, from start to finish.
Activate and maintain accurate project files, including logs for AIA change orders, pending change orders, permits, submittals, and requests for information.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop, monitor, and update project schedules, actively managing project timelines.
Attend project meetings and contribute to effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Maintain close-out documents for project completion, including operations and maintenance manuals.
Ensure compliance with the project safety program and actively participate in safety inspections.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in construction technology, Engineering, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience in the construction industry. • Familiarity with Primavera Scheduling, SureTrak, MS Project, Timberline, Asta Powerproject, and CMiC is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Compensation: $75k-90k Base Salary based on experience level
