UDig designs, builds, and implements technology solutions that deliver on business objectives.  As a UDig Intern, you will be given an opportunity to gain real-world project and development experience while working on fun and challenging work. 

From day one, you will be assigned a mentor who will help you settle in, share experiences, and provide guidance on your assigned projects. Past interns have delivered impactful solutions for UDig; while others have blended into client teams. Whether working with internal or external stakeholders, interns gain real experience interacting and working with clients as part of a team delivering solutions in our paid internship program.

How Things Go Down as a UDig Intern 

A typical day might entail: 

• Project standups and check-ins often as part of blended team working with other interns and/or UDig teammates
• Planning and participating project demos, backlog grooming, and more on active client projects and/or internal UDig projects
• Exposure to consulting, training, and UDig’s services: Strategy, Software, Data, and Intelligent Automation
• Earning cred amongst your peers through fun challenges, activites, and games
• Networking with experienced teammates and leadership (virtually and/or in-person)

• Rising senior in a Computer Science or related program by summer 2024 (Graduating December 2024 or May 2025)
• Passion for technology and experience in one or more of the following:
  • Software Interns: Programming experience (e.g. C#, Java, C++, Python, etc.)
  • Data Interns:  Database experience (e.g. SQL, MySQL, ETL, reporting)
• Willingness to be challenged and learn new things
• Open to giving/receiving feedback
• Ability to disconnect from work and have fun with colleagues (virtual and/or in-person)
