Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hunting role - preferably account executive or sales development.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or CRM) preferred; accountability and demonstrated ability to effectively manage and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Polished, detail-oriented professional with a humble and collaborative attitude.
  • Data analysis skills with raw data to create performance reports and projections to identify and understand trends, opportunities and issues.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability, food waste reduction, and environmental issues.
  • Experience with value-based selling and/or MEDDICC methodology (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Developing and adding New Supplying Stores (NSS) with Key Accounts, encompassing over 100 locations across the United States.
  • Asking insightful questions to uncover client (or team) needs and opportunities.
  • Take charge of opportunities, leading teammates and clients with clarity and cohesion.
  • Move deals forward by influencing decisions and instilling a sense of urgency.
  • Navigate large-scale negotiations with confidence, handling objections and seeking mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Polished and effective communication with stakeholders and team members to ensure high-quality client engagement with key accounts.
  • Effective documentation and resource management to ensure successful launch and continued rollout of key partner.
