As the Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define product roadmaps and drive them forward. You will monitor progress across our internal Data, Product, Design, Front-end and Back-end Web, and Mobile development teams, ensuring that progress is unblocked and that stated objectives are reached. Concurrently, you’ll work with stakeholders including our clients’ C-Suite to define major features and workflows, prioritize the backlog, ensure we’re delivering key milestones, and evaluate performance.

Qualifications
- You have 5+ years experience creating technical specification documents for software projects
- You have 5+ years experience in product/project management roles, preferably in the fitness industry
- You have a strong grasp of the software development life cycle from an information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and technical perspective
- Experience using Hubspot for enterprise level use cases
- Ability to create clear and specific user stories, package them into relevant epics, and consistently prioritize them in a transparent backlog
- Demonstrated product vision and proven ability to execute across all areas of product strategy, development, and project management
- You possess attention to detail and have a strong sense of urgency when completing tasks
- You have an innate ability to read the room and appropriately tailor communication
Responsibilities
- You’ll function as our clients’ primary point of contact, playing a critical role guiding partners toward informed decision-making
- You’ll work with stakeholders including our clients’ C-Suite to define major features and workflows
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Help define prioritizations through data analysis both qualitative and quantitative
- Define and report on key product performance metrics
- Develop and manage the project plan and work with discipline leads and project teams to execute
- Prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on the scope of work and defined project goals
- Identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure tactical solutions are linked to business objectives
- You must communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis, escalating issues as necessary
