About the job
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree with a focus in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable course of study.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in logistics planning, logistics engineering, process automation, Logistics 4.0, or the smart-factory environment, and have independently handled complex projects.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, a deep understanding of processes, and the ability to structure and communicate complex topics.
- You have very good user skills in Microsoft Office, ideally experience with CAD software, and a good technical understanding of logistics systems and automation solutions.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and present yourself confidently and convincingly to customers.
- You are highly willing to travel; international project or overseas experience is advantageous.
- You take a responsible role in demanding logistics planning and implementation projects and develop holistic solutions with the project team for national and international customers.
- You create and evaluate layout variants, design material flows, and define efficient logistics and production processes while considering automation and digitalization potential.
- You develop detailed functional and system specifications and support tenders for logistics equipment and systems in close coordination with customers and suppliers.
- You implement concepts developed in projects at customer sites, support the implementation phase, take responsibility for subprojects or workstreams, and coordinate change requests.
- You actively contribute to internal optimization and development projects, share your knowledge within the team, and contribute to the further development of 4flow's knowledge management.
- Experience with CAD software.
