Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least three years of experience in program and financial management with cost, schedule, and performance responsibilities are required.
  • Familiarity with international acquisition, security assistance, and/or security cooperation is required.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent applications is required.
  • One of the following certifications is required: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Program Management Security Cooperation Workforce Level II.
  • The employee must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this contract.
  • The employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand and walk for prolonged periods, as well as twist, bend, and squat periodically.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pre-engagement, day-of logistics, and post-engagement activities for DISA international partner forums and foreign official visits to DISA headquarters.
  • Adhere to applicable Department of Defense and DISA policies, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Foreign Disclosure approval requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze the activities of international organizations to identify strategic engagement opportunities for DISA.
  • Record meeting minutes, including decisions and action items, for Agency International Engagements and International Acquisition review and planning meetings.
  • Track the progress of action items and report delays to appropriate Government personnel.
  • Maintain and update the agency database of international visits and relevant international affairs information through the designated portal.
  • Maintain organized records of meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and minutes, within the designated site.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports on the Agency's international activities for internal and external audiences at DISA headquarters.
  • Conduct monthly audits and recommend compliance improvements for DISA's international acquisition activities.
  • Archive materials in accordance with DISA's records management policies.
