Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted partner and primary contact for Financial Advisors.
  • Strategically engage and retain clients by understanding their needs.
  • Counsel Advisors on best practices to optimize SmartAsset campaigns.
  • Lead high-priority client escalation calls, including negotiations.
  • Revenue Growth & Upselling: Maximize revenue by selling additional products and services.
  • Manage and drive revenue in a growing book of business.
  • Utilize Tableau and other sales tools to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Represent the AM business in strategic meetings and provide feedback to the leadership team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Account Executive and Advisor Support teams.
  • Work with sales operations, marketing, and product teams to share advisor insights.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and features across the team.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate Salesforce records for Advisor accounts.
  • Assist with Outreach Automation Tool (OAT) setup and maintenance.
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and intermediate finance conversations.
  • Oversee pre-activation processes, including compliance approvals and onboarding.
  • Action feedback from the Concierge team to improve engagement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Interest in the financial advisory industry with a strong willingness to learn. While prior experience is not required, the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with financial advisors is essential.
