Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy canvas and model-driven Power Apps that meet business requirements and deliver a strong user experience.
Build, automate, and optimize business processes using Power Automate cloud flows, including error handling, retry logic, and performance tuning.
Design and build conversational agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, connecting them to enterprise data and systems.
Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles, to support scalable applications.
Develop standard and custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with internal and third-party systems.
Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including lists, libraries, Teams, and Outlook, to streamline collaboration and document workflows.
Consume and expose JSON and REST APIs, handling authentication, payload parsing, and error scenarios.
Manage the solution application lifecycle, including environment strategy, managed solutions, versioning, and automated deployments across development, test, and production environments.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical designs, solution documentation, and working prototypes.
Support testing and user acceptance testing, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously enhance existing solutions.
Apply security, governance, and data protection best practices across all Power Platform solutions.
Review peers' work, mentor junior developers, and contribute to Power Platform standards and reusable components.
Deliver Power App solutions that meet client requirements.
Drive quality efforts to improve delivery excellence and support and improve development teams' outputs.
Minimize financial impact caused by potential project delivery issues.
Ensure quality delivery of Power Platform solutions across projects and validate customer satisfaction through surveys.
Align solutions with go-to-market strategies.

Power Platform Developer with 5–6 years of experience to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy low-code and pro-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Dataverse, integrating them with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and external systems through connectors and REST APIs.
