Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in Cyber Security
  • At least 5 years of experience in Software Development
  • At least 5 years of people leadership experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience coding
  • 10+ years of professional experience in the full lifecycle of system development, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and production support
  • 3+ years of experience in managing cryptographic services
  • 3+ years of experience with public cloud technologies
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts and engineers to deliver cryptographic key and certificate management solutions to the broader Capital One enterprise.
  • Work with internal product teams to create a compelling vision for the Crypto Services program, build and maintain roadmaps, and measure delivery.
  • Interface with internal customers and stakeholders to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions for complex use cases.
  • Lead complex vendor relationships and ensure well-managed integration of vendor platforms into our broader Capital One ecosystem
  • Create and implement processes to drive well managed delivery, focusing on principles of engineering excellence and operational maturity.
  • Manage risk proactively and effectively, leveraging enterprise risk management processes.
  • Coach and mentor engineers through their career development and performance.
