Requirements
  • A hotel management graduate qualification is required.
  • Thorough working knowledge of front desk, reception and cashiering procedures, reservations, and outlet services is required.
  • Strong understanding of each hotel department's functions, the physical layouts of hotel facilities, key personnel and their roles, daily functions and special events, and conventions and groups currently in-house or due to arrive is required.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality guest services for arrivals, departures, rooming, food and services, and guests' special needs and enquiries.
  • Optimize hotel occupancy and room rates.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Assist the Director of Guest Service in operating a proficient and productive hotel guest-services function.
  • Generate sales according to hotel tasks.
  • Assist in conducting training for the Guest Service team.
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in formulating new procedures and directives to improve the department.
