  • 8+ years experience writing and leading content creation for internal engagement, learning and development or training programs for creative industries or educational institutions, either client-side or agency-side.
  • Deep experience conducting research, curating and generating original content and designing content for internal experiences.
  • Expertise in developing creative concepts and content from ideas to execution for educational and training materials, campaign and promotional materials, social, and digital.
  • A bachelor’s degree in media, communications, or design-related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
Responsibilities
  • Help ensure the flawless ideation, development, and execution of world-class content - from storytelling, tone of voice, content and curriculum design spanning a range of subject matter areas including commercial, values and culture, growth and development, leadership, and more.
  • Work with teams of experience designers, writers, art directors, videographers, producers, and strategists to create content and experiences for Retail employees worldwide – including multimedia engagement campaigns, online training courses, multimedia engagement campaigns, print collateral and guides, live conferences, digital broadcasts, social media and interactive experiences.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines. In-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process and able to effectively collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Learning Experience Designers, Strategists, and XF Producers, Partner SMEs to develop work.
