The organization grows by acquiring existing hospitals and integrating them into a regional network under strong local leadership, and it has been part of ApolloMed since 2018. Its goal is to expand access to comprehensive hospital care across California, serving Medicare and Medicaid patients through a large, efficiently run hospital network.
