- Be responsible for hitting the percentage paid targets set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims submission, and collections.
- Oversee the accuracy of patient billing information and ensure timely submission of claims to insurance providers.
- Monitor accounts receivable, identify trends, and implement solutions to reduce denials and improve cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, billing guidelines, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve patient satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and training to the revenue cycle team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience working at a high-growth technology or financial services company
