About the Job

Requirements

  • Understand how software systems fit together, how data flows, and why systems break; be able to read, reason about, and debug code produced by the candidate and AI agents.
  • Have built and shipped products or features and be able to explain the choices made.
  • Have experience working with a team, receiving and giving feedback, reviewing work, and advancing work collaboratively.
  • Have product sense, including the ability to identify the job to be done from an incomplete request and judge what makes a product good to use.
  • Use AI and agents as a default way of working, keep up with changing tools, and verify model output.
  • Move quickly, take ownership, and be willing to challenge existing ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Turn problems into working prototypes quickly and develop successful prototypes into production features.
  • Use agents and AI tooling to design, build, test, and ship, while checking output appropriately.
  • Make product decisions about what to build, what to cut, and what is ready to ship.
  • Set up evaluation and monitoring to determine whether shipped work is functioning, then iterate.
  • Work directly with customers, support, and the product team to identify the highest-leverage next work to build.

Desired Qualifications

  • A first role or internship at a SaaS or product company.
  • Side projects or small products built mostly independently and put into users' hands.
  • Hands-on experience running evaluations, monitoring inference costs, or addressing model failure modes such as hallucinations.

About the Company

Workwize

IT asset lifecycle management platform

Workwize provides a centralized platform to manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware for distributed and remote workforces. The system automates procurement, deployment (zero-touch with devices shipped from local warehouses), real-time asset tracking, retrieval, and disposal, and it integrates with HRIS and MDM systems across more than 100 countries. It differentiates itself with a focus on high-value devices, ISO 27001–compliant offboarding, a global supplier network, and AI-driven automation that cuts IT managers’ time per employee from hours to minutes. Its goal is to help large organizations run hardware globally in a compliant, sustainable, and cost-efficient way, supported by a software subscription model and international expansion (including the U.S.).
