Job Summary
Are you looking to gain insight into video and media production? The Google Workspace Platform Team at Trimble wants to add a creative and enthusiastic full-time video intern for the summer of 2025 in our Dayton, OH, location. Join our team as a video production intern and put your creative skills to work as you work in multiple areas of the production process, including developing ideas, conducting research, filming pieces, and editing.
About
This position is for a paid full-time summer internship with The Google Workspace Platform Team in our Dayton, OH, location. Candidates should be active students pursuing a film or video production degree. Candidates must reside in the Dayton area and be able to work in the Huber Heights office. We are unable to provide relocation assistance for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce and edit training and informational video content that adheres to company guidelines and standards and is shared across Trimble using various channels, including social media, YouTube, email, and websites.
- Assist in developing training materials from treatment creation and storyboarding through post-production.
- Lead and assist in scriptwriting.
- Absorb creative direction while bringing unique ideas and a point of view to the table.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software (Camtasia or Premiere Pro).
- Experience gathering B-Roll footage.
- Strong knowledge of camera audio and how-to mic talent.
- Capacity to handle a variety of projects in a dynamic environment.
- Develop storyboard ideas for new content and videos.
- Ability to learn very quickly.
- Must be able to work cohesively and collaborate in a team environment.
