Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in partnership development and management with an emphasis on data used for targeting
  • A well-respected thought leader within the industry, able to command the stage at industry events and author original content for relevant publications
  • Adept at both developing strategies and operating day-to-day within cross-functional teams
  • Manage initiatives in complex matrixed environments and make actionable decisions in the absence of perfect information
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires context switching several times in a day as you cover multiple dimensions within the targeting business
  • Experience with strategic partner management inclusive of vendor negotiation

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Audience Data Partnerships team; identify, negotiate, contract, integrate, manage, optimize, and rationalize data partners to support advertiser’s needs on the platform
  • Partner with Product and Commercial teams to develop a strategic roadmap to drive increased usage of Audience data products
  • Maintain regular communications and checkpoints with partners to report on performance, innovation and future opportunities that leverages their data to influence advertiser’s campaigns
  • Work with commercial teams to evangelize, educate and grow the use of partner offerings
  • Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships (demands, strategies, roadmaps, operational requirements, etc.)
  • Represent The Trade Desk’s Audience strategy and business by speaking at industry events, participating on panels and drafting original content for publication
  • Manage, develop and grow a team of direct and indirect reports
