About the job

Requirements
  • Native or near-native English and comfort leading calls with U.S. customers, from end users to enterprise IT.
  • Experience in technical support, support engineering, IT, or implementation, ideally at a B2B SaaS company selling to enterprises.
  • Hands-on IT experience with single sign-on and identity providers such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, user and group management, mobile device management, and virtual private networks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Mac and Windows, including desktop app installs, operating-system permissions for microphone, screen recording, and accessibility, and mobile device management deployment.
  • Experience with customer relationship management administration or integrations such as Salesforce or HubSpot, particularly user permissions and connected apps.
  • A structured debugging approach to distinguish user error from product bugs using logs, reproduction steps, and clear evidence.
  • Proven ownership of deadlines and follow-ups across multiple concurrent customer accounts.
  • Customer-facing communication skills to explain technical concepts plainly to non-technical users and communicate as a peer with enterprise IT admins.
  • Methodical and structured debugging and problem-solving.
  • Proactive ownership and accountability for onboarding deadlines and issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Own incoming technical issues end to end, from first report through resolution.
  • Resolve issues directly with customers or debug them using internal tools, identifying user error, product knowledge gaps, or real bugs before escalating to R&D.
  • Coach users through product gaps to prevent recurring questions.
  • Confirm bugs and report them to R&D with clear reproduction steps and context.
  • Own technical onboarding for each new pilot from kickoff to go-live, meeting committed onboarding deadlines.
  • Work with enterprise IT to set up single sign-on and identity-provider access, including Okta and other providers, and ensure pilot users are properly grouped and assigned.
  • Secure approvals for Google Calendar or Outlook integrations and manage customer relationship management connections with customer CRM admins.
  • Roll out desktop apps on Mac and Windows, including installation, operating-system permissions, and compatibility with customer mobile device management and virtual private network setups.
  • Lead onboarding meetings with customer IT teams, train them on the platform, and troubleshoot blockers.
  • Manage technical issues and adoption barriers end to end across customer accounts, escalating complex matters to the CTO when necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, especially calendar app approvals and OAuth or administrator-consent issues.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, IT review processes, and domain allowlisting.
  • Basic scripting or log analysis skills for debugging.
  • Prior startup experience.
