Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in an advertising agency working on digital Performance Media clients
  • Strong knowledge of Google ad ecosystem, Bing
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication required with senior stakeholders; ability to present well and read a room
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Retention of Performance Media Accounts
  • Manage Profitability of Performance Media Accounts
  • Organic Growth on existing Performance Media Accounts
  • Architect roadmap for multiple brands to expand customer base and profitability
  • Oversees P&L for assigned group of client business; negotiates contracts and billing with clients; makes key staffing decisions to optimize performance of the business
  • Advocates for best-in-class media product, selling cross-channel strategic outputs that effectively build brands
  • Uses astute business acumen to partner with senior-level clients to understand marketing needs and objectives
  • Senior-most decision-maker with regards to oversight of media execution
  • Identifies business growth opportunities, mobilizing internal resources to pursue organic growth opportunities that drive revenue for the agency
  • Partners with internal senior leaders across planning, activation, strategy, and Operations disciplines
  • Supervises department management on assigned account(s), providing feedback, guidance and development opportunities
