• Deliver high value outcomes by leading multiple projects simultaneously across the group.

• Foster seamless collaboration between workstreams so every team feels connected to the bigger picture.

• Champion project governance to ensure we always meet our high standards and ethical choices.

What you bring to the team

• At least three years of experience leading strategic initiatives and complex projects.

• Proven ability to manage end to end project lifecycles within a large or scaling business.

• Strong skills in managing budgets and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.

• A track record of managing stakeholders at both executive and operational levels.

• Experience identifying and mitigating high impact risks in a fast paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills for delivering clear proposals and technical documentation.
