- Bonus points if you have basic front end development skills
- Competent skills in web design
- Portfolio that demonstrates evidence of launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization
- Highly motivated to learn new things about complex technology, cultural and demographic nuances, and their impact on various user experiences
- Ability to work independently and crave healthy feedback loops
- Deep organization and execution skills, especially in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- High-level of craftsmanship in UI design including creating illustrations or simple UI animations
- Outstanding attention to detail with a proven track record of working within and contributing to a design system
- Experience working with consumer research and data is a plus
- Proficient in Figma, including high-fidelity prototyping and component libraries
- Passionate and curious about leveraging design to improve users' ability to build excellent voice assistants
- Excellent team-building, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Guide roadmap planning for user-facing products
- Oversee go-to-market activities for new products and features in the portfolio
- Influence peers on new product introductions and oversee execution for product areas
- Collaborate with the team, customers, and stakeholders to explore and communicate problem space
- Facilitate product vision through research, concept development, wireframing, and prototyping
- Convert ideas, feedback, and requirements into effective product solutions
- Determine rationale behind prioritizing initiatives and ensure solutions are reviewed and tested
- Explore the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems
