  • Oversee Brooks Running CRM team
  • Deliver on CRM revenue goal
  • Utilize customer data and analytics for loyalty tactics
  • Lead loyalty program reporting and define KPIs
  • Manage agency teams for email, SMS, and loyalty
  • Lead and mentor a team
  • Innovate with relationship marketing technologies
