  • Comply with BBVA Mexico S.A. regulations and internal policies in all operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer-service objectives.
  • Handle cash and accurately reconcile daily transactions.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Stay up to date on products, services, and changes in the financial market.
