- A High Diploma or above in any discipline is required.
- Current frontline retail sales experience is sought from candidates looking to leverage hands-on skills into a management and leadership role.
- Candidates must have a good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Candidates should have a customer-centric mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and willingness to learn from the ground up.
- Candidates must be open to travelling to Singapore for business and training purposes.
- Drive sales by converting foot traffic, mastering upselling techniques, and contributing to team targets; gain exposure to shift coordination.
- Analyze sales reports and customer data to generate actionable business-improvement insights.
- Analyze and adapt strategies for different Hong Kong retail environments, including tourist hubs, residential areas, malls, and department stores.
- Provide customer service and personalized styling advice as a brand ambassador, and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Carry out daily store procedures, including opening and closing, cash handling, visual merchandising standards, and loss prevention.
- Work with the buying team to monitor stock levels, perform replenishment, and learn the supply chain cycle from warehouse to shop floor.
- Study Singaporean consumer behavior, including preferences, omnichannel shopping habits, and seasonal trends.
- Adapt communication and service styles for a diverse clientele and share best practices between the Hong Kong and Singapore teams.
- Background in Business, Fashion, Hospitality, or Marketing is a plus.
