Requirements
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A high school diploma or GED and 1 to 3 years of experience working with children in a group setting, such as a coach, mentor, teacher, or advocate for children; or an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unrelated field and six months of experience working with children in a group setting; or an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and implement program activities as directed.
  • Maintain the program schedule, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the youth and facility at all times.
  • Complete all required documentation and reports.
  • Provide care, safety, and accountability for the wellbeing of youth.
  • Work every other Saturday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM overnight.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a residential setting working with adolescents and young adults.
