- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or comparable in-depth factory/technical experience required.
- Five years of assembly experience, preferably in equipment and electronic assembly.
- At least three years of supervisory/management experience.

- Lead, coach, and develop approximately 10 - 20 hourly Manufacturing team members. Assure effective team member training.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to assure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
- Help with implementation of and continued adherence to Lean manufacturing and 6S initiatives.
- Use structured problem solving methods to identify product and process problems and implement corrective actions.
- Assess and analyze current practices and drive improvements.
- Partner and Coordinate with Engineering, Materials, Sales, and other internal departments to resolve issues and concerns.
- Enforce proper material management procedures.
- Support and collaborate with other departmental needs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering departments.

By Wire Reports on March 16, 2026 The new J2534 programming device can be used by any technician or shop, regardless of experience, to keep vehicles in-house Lincolnshire, Ill. - Snap-on introduces the Pass Thru Assistant+, a new J2534 programming device that combines the turn-key remote support offered by the Pass Thru Assistant (PTA) with the do it yourself (DIY) functionality of the Pass Thru Pro, giving auto repair and collision technicians the flexibility to program vehicles to match their needs.
